Southern Key Tag Company is a division of Precision Screen Printing Inc.

Precision Screen Printing was founded by Ronald Stephens in 1987, Ron started the business by painting and screen  printing metal parts and electronic chases out of his garage located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

After Ron’s business grew past the small two car garage days, he relocated to a small shop in Lindon, Utah, in July of 1994 David Taylor was brought on as a partner and at that same time the company was incorporated in the state of Utah.  Between Ron and Dave they had more then 20+ years experience in the printing business! They began to offer printing on textiles and other items such as signage, but the main focus was specializing in printing on plastics and metals.

It was a good partnership between the two and the business began to take off! By August of 1996 the business had out grown the Lindon shop, and they needed to expand.  They broke ground on a new 6800 square foot building located back in their hometown of  Pleasant Grove.  In November of that same year in they purchased SOUTHERN KEY TAG COMPANY, from a gentlemen by the name of Ken Schor.

Ken had started Southern Key Tag in 1994, based out of Debary Florida, (hence the name of “Southern Key Tag”). Ken was having Ron and Dave do most of the printing of the products he was selling at that time. So when it came time for Ken to sell his business, it made the buyout an easy and smooth transfer to Precision Screen Printing Company.

Southern Key Tag Co. has been a leading supplier of engravable products for over 20 years now and continues to grow.
